You do not need to have account with GFS Express Cargo, you can pay charges, import duty, VAT or transportation with your Credit and Debit Card, a bank transfer or pay in any branch of our nominated bank.
Customs Clearance
We have direct links to the UK Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight (CHIEF) system, as well as to the Port and airports in London, Felixstowe or Southampton, Heathrow or Gatwick Airports.
If you are importing commercial goods and to avoid UK port or airport storage / rent charges, which can be expensive, please make sure for correct documentation from your supplier or shipper well in advance.
Our experienced staff are thoroughly informed on all aspects of customs clearance including Customs Freight Simplified Procedures (CFSP) and the New Export System (NES).
